Serpil Yeter was born in Istanbul in 1956.

 

She graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 1981.

 

From 1983 to 2009, she exhibited in foreign countries including the city of Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen, Essen, and Amsterdam, Darmstadt, and Toronto.

 

Yeter has held many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Her works can be seen in many national and international museums and private collections.

 

Yeter currently lives and works in Bodrum.
